Absolutely great hotel with good food and magnificent location so close to restaurants, and el Centro and other attractions. Climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV available in the a double room. Clean bathroom and bathtubs with good sewerage.

The rooms are spacious, kept very clean, and the furnishings are recent. The beds are comfortable, essential for a good night's sleep as a business traveler. The internet connection is surprisingly fast and reliable, much better than hotels at higher rates, great for seamless work .

The lack of dining options and the inconvenience of luggage storage were disappointing.

The lack of a free-standing table in rooms for food is frustrating!!! I found the policy of exchanging my ID for an iron quite bothersome!!! The noise from adjacent rooms can be distracting when you're trying to relax!!!

The walls are so paper-thin that I could hear the couple next door having, um, a very passionate night. Plus, breakfast was a total letdown-Chilequiles and beans? Really? I almost left a glowing review, but I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, evidently too much to ask at this hotel.

The spacious double room was perfect for my family, including our three dogs! We loved the easy check-in process and appreciated how clean the room was. It's a great spot for family fun, close to local attractions that kept the kids entertained.

My wife says that the breakfast selection could be improved.

We explored the local area and enjoyed shopping at the leather plaza nearby. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff went the extra mile to ensure we felt comfortable !

One downside was the hassle at check-in. There were some delays in getting access to our rooms when we arrived at night, a bit annoying.

The double room was super clean, and I really appreciated the cozy bed for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed chilling by the pool and soaking in the hot tub during my stay. The only downside was the breakfast, which could use a bit more variety, but overall, I had a lovely experience! 😊

The spacious standard suite was well-maintained and clean, with a comfortable bed that was so nice. Staff members were attentive, particularly the groundskeeper Antonio, who provided really good service. Unfortunately, the hotel lacks dining options and does not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
